How do I return an item?
1. Please contact FGZ customer support to initiate a return. Please state the reason for a return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm your order number.
2. FGZ customer support will share the return address with you within 24 working hours.
3. To enable us to promptly process your refund, please send a return notification to FGZ with the following information:
Note: Please don’t send your return to the address on your package. That isn’t our return address, and including it will affect the processing speed of your return.
1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you’d like to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
2. Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packing. We don’t accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
3. We don’t accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests.
4. We don’t offer Freight To Collect (FTC) services for packages returned to us. We require the buyer to pay the shipping costs for our returns.
5. Please ensure that you don’t inadvertently include non-FGZ items in your return package. We aren’t responsible for sending those items back to you.
